Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your swag! If something isn’t quite right, returns are accepted in accordance with the policy below.

Eligibility for Returns

• All items are subject to inspection by our warehouse team upon receipt.

• To be eligible for a refund, items must be returned in their original, unused, and unaltered condition, including any original packaging.

• We reserve the right to refuse refunds for items that show signs of use, damage, or modification.

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please contact devrel@sanity.io with your order details.

• We will provide a pre-paid return shipping label once your request is approved.

• Items must be shipped back within 14 days of receiving the return label.

• Refunds will be issued after the returned items have been received and inspected.
